Ola Kala is just three blocks form the Jiriho z Pedebrad metro station on the green line. This culinary school was founded and is still operated by Czech celebrity chef Michal Nikodem. His style is a nouveau Czech cuisine that creates traditional flavors using modern techniques. The school has been offering cooking classes for two years in a renovated kitchen that looks classic except for a modern cooking island and induction ranges. Nikodem divides his time between the culinary school and several national and local TV cooking programs which he hosts.
